Cancellation requests (for custom build services only) must be approved by management and must follow all cancellation guidelines. We do not accept cancellation requests for digital, or physical products. All digital content including, but not limited to: pre-built websites, ebooks, and e-courses are non-refundable.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Refunds will not be issued on subscriptions under any circumstances. Your subscription will remain active through the paid date.

Returns are not applicable and will not be honored for website builds, e-books, e-courses, subscriptions, or pre-built websites.
