The turnaround time for a standard pre-built website without any add-ons is 3-5 business days. If you have purchased an add-on, the turnaround time will differ depending on which option was selected at checkout.

Our pre-built websites are designed for use through Shopify only. We do not offer any pre-built templates for any other web hosts at this time. If you are interested in working with another web host, please contact us regarding a custom website.

Once you purchase one of our pre-built websites, you will receive a few email notifications from us:

  1. You will receive an automated order confirmation email that will provide you with a receipt showing exactly what was purchased and how much you paid.

  2. You will receive another email containing any instructions/information that may be necessary for us to process your order. This email is NOT automated and is composed by a live representative during our normal business hours only. This is the email you will want to reply back to if you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding your order.  

Yes, you are able to use your existing account. If you have ordered a Shopify template, and would like your template to be uploaded to your existing Shopify account, you will need to provide us with access to your existing account. There are two ways you can go about providing us with this access. We will provide further instructions in your welcome email.

Remember, if you do not have an existing account with your selected web host, you do NOT need to create an account before purchasing.

You will be able to switch out our graphics for your own if you would like.

Yes, you can do this within your dashboard area. You are able to make changes to your website at your leisure after installation.

Due to an increase in the demand for website builds, at this time we are not accepting new clients for custom website builds. The catalog will be updated to add the custom build product back when we resume custom builds. Sign up for email notifications to be alerted at that time.
